These cheese represent the precious dairy history of Valsassina which date back to the past centuries, but still continues to be very successful among gourmands of all ages and origins.
To realize these specialties we’ve been faithful to the traditional techniques which have been handed down by farmers of our valley. The result is a wide range of authentic and unmistakable flavors.

Our cheese are perfect as table cheese: Reale, Dorella or Montanara, each one has a different flavour thanks to the different aging times.
