200 gr.of smoked goose breast
200 gr. of taleggio cheese
40 gr. of onion herb
2 peppers
pepper and parsely
Finely chop the onion herb and mix it evenly with the cheese with the aid of a fork; do the same thing with the parsely.
Place on a plate thin slices of goose breast; after forming a little ball of spiced cheese, place it on the plate and add some pepper; garnish all with parsely and onion herb.
