RICE WITH ASPARAGOUS POINTS AND TALEGGIO
Ingredients for 4 people:
350 gr. of rice
150 gr. of Taleggio cheese
150 gr. of asparagous
1/2 glass of white wine
150 gr. of butter
1 liter of light chicken broth
30 gr. of sliced onion
Cook the onion with a bit of butter on a live flame, add the rice and the asparagous points, then let it brown.
Asperge with the white wine and let it evaporate.
Add broth until the rice is covered with it evenly.
Let it cook while gently turning over.
Once done the cooking, always turning the rice over, add the butter and the cheese. Taste the results and immediately serve.
