Ingredients for 4 people:
- for the ham sauce:
1/2 lt. (approx.) milk
200 gr. ham
35 gr. butter
35 gr. flour
salt, pepper and nutmeg
- for the taleggio cheese sauce:
1/2 lt. (approx) milk
20 gr. flour
20 gr. butter
150 gr. taleggio cheese
salt, pepper and nutmeg
Prepare the ham sauce. Place the gnocchi in buttered pan and cover with the sauce.Next prepare the cheese sauce: Boil the milk with the salt, pepper and nutmeg; mix with the flour. Stir well; cook for 15 minutes, remove from fire and add the diced taleggio cheese; keep warm. Add to gnocchi mixture with a little butter. Brown in the oven at 200°C and serve hot.
