4 small artichokes
200 gr. of taleggio cheese
1 lemon
2 teaspoons of olive oil
salt and pepper
Clean the artichokes well eliminating the hard external leaves and slice as fine as possible.
Dress with the oil and lemon.
Place in the center of serving plate surrounded by thin slices of taleggio cheese and slices of artichoke. Garnish with salt and pepper and serve
