PARSLEY FLAN WITH TALEGGIO FONDUE
Ingredients for 4 people:
8 eggs
100 gr. of onions
100 gr. fried onions
200 gr. of Taleggio
60 gr. of chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Whip the eggs then add the onions, the peppers (cut in thin slices), add salt and pepper and prepare a normal omelette being careful that's not overcooked. Place on a plate and cover with Taleggio flakes, then move to a hot oven until the cheese has completely melted.
Serve immediately.
