CHILI PEPPERS TIMBALE WITH TALEGGIO FONDUE
Ingredients for 4 people:
300 gr. of peppers
2 eggs
200 gr.of taleggio cheese
salt and pepper
Boil the peppers in salted water; drip them and make sure that all the water is taken out by pressing them with a kitchen cloth. Mix them with the eggs and, after habing buttered the moulds, place a part of the resulting dough in each. Steam cook for approximately 25 minutes, then garnish the timbale with 50 g of taleggio. Lay for a couple of minutes in the oven until cooked completely, then serve immediately.
