POLENTA GRATIN WITH TALEGGIO
Ingredients for 4 people:
- for the polenta:
2 liters water
200 gr. of corn flour
salt
- for the sauce:
200 gr. of tomato paste
150 gr. ground pork
200 gr. of taleggio cheese
1-2 teaspoons of oil
salt and pepper
Cook the polenta according to the traditional receipe and, once cooked, overturn on a plate.
Prepare the sauce by browning the ground pork in the hot oil, adding the tomato and simmering for about 20 minutes.
Melt the taleggio and place in 4 small serving dishes; cover with slices of polenta covered with sauce. and brown in hot oven..
Serve immediately.
