400 gr. of cooked meat for cappricciosa salad
(ham, tongue)
100 gr. of taleggio cheese
50 gr. of maionese
10 gr. of mustard
Lettuce
Salt and pepper
Slice the taleggio cheese in strips and add to the meat; salt and pepper and mix with the mustard and maionese.
Arrange the mixture over the lettuce and serve garnished with tomato slices.
