    QUAIL EGGS WITH TALEGGIO FONDUE

    Ingredients for 4 people:

    20 quail eggs
    300 gr. of taleggio cheese
    White truffles of Alba
    or mushrooms
    olive oil
    salt and pepper

    Fry the quail eggs in a small amount of oil in a pan. Melt the taleggio cheese, and when it has reached the right density pour it on the individual plates with slices of truffles above. Serve hot.
