TUNA AND TALEGGIO SALAD
Ingredients for 4 people:
100 gr. of tuna
4 small onions
4 eggs
100 gr. of taleggio cheese
oil, vinegar
salt and pepper
Boil the onions in hot salted water for a few minutes, drain and let cool. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, drain, cool and peel. Drain the tuna.
Slice the taleggio cheese and the eggs.
Mix all of the ingredients with oil, salt, pepper and a little vinegar.
